Our no-cost service (fees are earned from developers and vendors), extends from arranging inspection visits and locating your property, to helping with legal and financial arrangements and advising on furnishing and removals.
These can be arranged here in Spain with one of the leading banks. You will need to have proof of earnings with you to show to the bank – worth bringing on your inspection visit.
We will help you with this process, as well as opening a local bank account.
FURNISHINGS AND REMOVALS
We can advise on removals and help you plan the furnishing of your home and making arrangements for local services. We can even point you in the direction of the best local shops or better still take you there. We will help you as much or as little as you want us to – all part of our service.
Once your have found your property we will begin to guide you through the legal process, which can often prove simpler than in other countries.
On a new-build property you will be asked to pay a deposit between €3,000,- and €6.000,- via a credit card or bankers draft. Your property will then be secure at the negotiated price. The balance can be paid in stage payments and the final payment will not be made until your property is completed to your satisfaction.
LETTING AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY
This can be a very attractive area for letting an investment property. It is popular in the summer and winter making a long rental season at premium prices. We can advise on local agents or even handle letting and maintenance for you direct.
